New rooftop lounge and sun-deck at Mount Olivet

We have now completed the conservatory and sun-deck on the flat roof over the car park wing of the garden floor (above the laundry) at Mount Olivet.

The conservatory is accessible by wheelchair from the car park and by three stairs and a chairlift from the ground floor. The sun-deck and access ramp form an additional fire-escape route and are protected by wrought iron railings. Internally, the conservatory is carpeted and equipped with blinds, vents, heating and air-conditioning - so we should be ablr to offer a year-round safe and comfortable environment

This gives us about 25 square metres of additional public space inside the building and 15 square metres of sun-deck, all with panoramic views over the bay. No views are lost from the bedrooms and the new lounge does not overlook our neighbours any more than the existing building
